Functional Fitness is the principal strength and conditioning program for many emergency response teams such as police and firefighters. Military special units and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide use this type of training as part of their training strategy.

This style of fitness bridges the gap between sport and fitness. Functional Fitness is about accountability. It measures fitness levels through performance based expectations. It measures fitness for individuals on all types of exercises thru WODs (Workout Of the Day).

The daily workouts include a mixture of cardiovascular and respiratory endurance based exercises.
