Tuesday

KETTLE POWER – 8pm

Build power and stability from the joints out!

Our kettle power class is full body conditioning workout that will teach you to use your body as a synergistic unit. By using multiple energy systems at once (anaerobic and aerobic) you will be able to maximize the amount of calories burned each workout! Enjoy increased strength by adding lean and toned muscle mass, and enhance your performance in everyday activities or athletic times.

Wednesday

SUSPENDED FITNESS – 7 pm

Forge your body with your body! Suspension training uses your own body weight in a multitude of different ways to increase your core strength, flexibility, and balance. Suspension training is suitable for all fitness levels, and ages and all exercises can be performed at varying levels of intensity. Combine cardio and strength training into one workout and build superb muscular balance, joint stability, mobility and core strength which will help you perform better in all sports and everyday physical activities.

BOOMING FITNESS - 6pm

Don’t get older get better!

Using cutting edge equipment and techniques, develop your overall fitness by increasing your cardiovascular capacity, energy levels and flexibility in positive and encouraging and goal oriented group setting.  Improve the quality of your everyday activities and hobbies like golf and tennis, lose inches all over your body, decrease aches and pains, and improve your life!

Saturday

HARDCORE WEEKLY - 10am

There are no plateaus in an ever changing workout!

Take your fitness to the next level in a dynamic group environment, using cutting edge fitness techniques, old school and new school equipment. You will challenge yourself and reach new fitness heights! With varied functional movements and exercises you will compete every week against yourself! Tires flips, monkey bars, kettle bells, battle ropes, sandbags and hammers are only a few of the fun tools you will use to lose weight, increase your core strength, lose inches and improve your overall conditioning. This class is always lots of fun!

Sunday

METCON MAYEM – 1pm

This is the pinnacle of metabolic conditioning. This class is 90 minutes of non-stop high intensity training designed to test the limits of your anaerobic and aerobic thresholds. This class is intended for the individual who declares war on their body and not for the faint of heart. Vigorous prior training is required.
